The main function of the ash truck is to load and transport the bulk cement in oil field cementing. In conjunction with the cementing truck, the ash truck uses compressed air to fluidize the cement, and sends the cement from the ash tank to a certain height and horizontal distance through pipes. Ash truck can improve working conditions, reduce cement loss and environmental pollution, improve cementing efficiency and cementing quality. At present, there are three kinds of ash trucks on the market according to the tank structure:
1, horizontal ash car;
2, vertical ash car;
3, lift ash truck;
All are vehicles that transport granular dust media, such as cement, lime powder, ore powder, etc.
Precautions for loading ash truck:
1. Pressure value: Before opening the inlet hole of the ash truck in use, be sure to open the pressure relief valve first to check whether the pressure in the tank is the same as the atmospheric pressure, that is, the pressure gauge value is zero.
2, caked powder particles: After opening the hole, check whether there are caked powder particles in the tank, especially if the tank has been loaded with powder particles and has not been used for a long time, it is necessary to carefully check and remove the caked powder particles.
3, the sealing ring clean: the material into the oil field ash car tank, after the completion of loading, due to the inlet seal ring accumulated powder, should be cleaned before closing the inlet to ensure sealing performance.
